Aboard the stunning 95′ Intermarine superyacht, Carpe Diem, Melanie’s daughter Maggie believed she was simply enjoying a family getaway. Fresh off a flight from Switzerland, where she studies with her boyfriend, Leon Cerjak, she had no idea what was waiting for her just beyond the dock.
As the yacht cruised through Fort Lauderdale’s iconic waterways, the private chef prepared an exquisite meal, the sun cast golden hues over the water, and everything was set for the perfect moment. Just after departure, Leon led Maggie to the bow, dropped to one knee, and asked her to marry him. She said yes, and within moments, their family joined them in a joyous champagne toast.
The rest of the day was spent basking in the glow of the engagement, indulging in world-class cuisine, and making the most of Carpe Diem’s luxurious amenities—including watersports and lounging on the spacious flybridge.
